Xiaomi Watch S1 has been introduced in two variants- with a Viton wristband (Obsidian Black with Black Viton Strap) and leather wristband (Streamer Silver with Brown and Blue Leather) options. The one with the Viton wristband option is priced at CNY 1,049 that translates to Rs 12,300. Whereas the Xiaomi Watch S1 with leather wristband is priced at CNY 1,099. The device is scheduled to go on sale in China starting December 31.
Speaking of specifications, the Xiaomi Watch S1 has a 1.43-inch circular AMOLED display with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels. The display is protected by Sapphire Glass. The smartwatch works with Android 6.0 or iOS 10.0 devices. It can be used to navigate messages and notifications when paired with a compatible phone. The Xiaomi Smartwatch supports 117 different sports modes. It’s also water-resistant to 5 metres. The Watch S1 is equipped with a 470mAh battery and a single charge offers up to 12 days of regular usage and up to 24 days of standby time. It also has a microphone and speaker, allowing users to answer phone calls without having to take their phone out of their pocket. Blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) and heart rate tracking are both supported by the Xiaomi Watch S1. The smartwatch also includes GNSS positioning for accurate location tracking and NFC for contactless payments. Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth v5.2 are two other connectivity options on the Xiaomi Watch S1.
Xiaomi Buds 3 price, specifications
The Xiaomi Buds 3 will be available in Black Jade and First Snow White colours and cost CNY 449 that translates to Rs 5,300. Beginning December 31 the TWS earphones will be available for purchase in China. Both the devices are said to be made available globally including India but a specific date has been set. Moving to the specifications, Xiaomi Buds 3 feature an ultra-dynamic dual-magnetic driver unit and Hi-Fi audio. Whereas a separate back chamber, as well as a metal mesh, allow for direct regulation of reduced dynamics. These have an IP55 dust and water resistance rating, and touch gestures are also supported for attending voice calls and adjusting audio output on the earbuds.
It also features up to 40dB noise cancellation and three ANC modes for different scenarios. Mild Noise Reduction, Balanced Noise Reduction, and Deep Noise Reduction are the three different types of ANC modes available that can be selected based on the surrounding conditions as well as the level of noise reduction desired. In addition to this Xiaomi Buds 3 also come with a specialised transparency mode that facilitates interaction with others or listening to background sound while you enjoy listening to music. Apart from this, a single charge provides up to 7 hours of music playback and 32 hours of total usage with the case. For connectivity, there is Bluetooth v5.2 and supports both wired USB Type-C and wireless charging.
