The device is powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core SoCand comes with 3GB of RAM. Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) runs Samsung’s One UI based on Android 9.0 Pie. The Samsungs tablet comes with a single LTE-supported SIM slot. The dimensions of the tablet are 201.5×122.4×8.9mm and it weighs 325 grams. As we mentioned earlier, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) comes with a dedicated slot for S Pen. The device also has an IP68 rating on the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) that protects the device from dust and water damage to a certain level. The tablet houses a 4,200mAh battery, although there is no support for fast charging. Coming on the camera, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) features a single 8MPsensor on the back and a 5MP camera on the front for selfies. The rear camera of the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) is capable of recording 4K videos at up to 30fps. The Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 (2019) comes with support for Galaxy Buds along with 2018 Gear IconX wireless earbuds.
