Anupam Shrivasatva, Chairman and managing director of BSNL revealed this while speaking at one of the events and told reporters that Wi-Fi is an obvious choice for BSNL going forward. So, how would BSNL be going forward with the implementation? The government organisation would take help from its recently added partner in the project, QuadGen Wireless. Together, they will integrate 3G, 4G networks so that customer can be seamlessly transferred to Wi-Fi. The idea is to get 2,500 Wi-Fi hotspots up and running by end of this financial year.
