It is powered by an Octa-core Snapdragon 710Soc clocked at 2.2GHz. And the launched version offers 6GB of RAM along with 128GB of storage with 400GB expandable storage option. It has a 3,500mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.
Nokia 8.1 comes with Android 9.0 Pie out of the box and it is part of the Android One program promised by the company to receive regular updates. It has a 20MP front shooter and has a dual camera setup of 12 MP and a 13 MP camera with Zeiss lens and it also has an option which lets it use both the front and the back camera at the same time. The camera menu comes with a Pro Camera UI which gives several manual camera features to the user.
